Responsibilities:
Provide high level administrative support to the organization and be a point of contact for all internal and external clients. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; attending the phone calls, meeting and event coordination, coordinating arrivals and departures of clients, scheduling travel & room accommodations for guests, project tracking, scheduling meetings, draft correspondence, faxing documents and other duties as may be required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
• Should have a facilities background and strong administrative skills, preferably in a call
center setting
• Experience in MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Must be well organized and able to pay attention to detail
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to do multi-taking
