Outbound Customer Sales Agents (Batch 1)

Responsibilities:
This outbound position is an entry level front line Call Centre role using a computerized information system. The CSA is responsible for making telephone contact directly with customers as part of a follow up campaign to initial product purchase, renewing sales contracts, improving customer knowledge and increasing client retention overall. Contact is for the purpose of consumer education, subscription up sell, and to assist in personalized use and understanding of product. Calls are made using an automatic dialer. Contact is of a routine nature with limited deviation from standard script. This is a non-technical role and may require some contact via fax or e-mail for enrollment / billing.
Requirements:
• Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent
• At least 6 months sales experience in a call center
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent customer service oriented attitude
• Result oriented, team player
