ACS Phils : Reports/Data/Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:
Focus on reports and data analysis, report specifications, report testing and creation of ad hoc reports.
Performs analyses of existing solutions to incorporate requested enhancements
Performs moderately complex system design functions, including interpretive analyses, chart preparation and associated diagrams/enhancement plans.
Prepares/conducts acceptance plans and confirms accompanying results, including the development and interpretation of data sampling plans.
Ensure applicable documentation is updated according to client/ACS standards; may assist in user training.
Stays abreast of developments in field of expertise to ensure knowledge base remains current.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience. Additional training or certification in project subject area may also be required.
1-5 years experience in reports generation/analysis methodologies
Must be proficient in using MS Excel
Preferably with programming and/or database management (SQL) background
Detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to sound, ethical, moral and legal business standards and practices.
Flexibility and ability to handle varied functions/conflicting demands.
Good written/report writing and verbal communications skills demonstrating.
