Accounts Receivable Associates for Nestle Business Services

Responsibilities:
* We are looking for candidates with proven record in carrying out the role and have the passion for exceeding customer expectations and can confidently communicate ideas to all levels of people in the organization
* Ensuring the accuracy of records of receivables from trade customers; analyzes and facilitates collection, and minimizes doubtful accounts.
* Timely and accurately analysis of Trade Customers accounts to ensure prompt collection of accounts receivables.
* Regular conduct of Account Receivable review and reconciliation with Trade Customers and Sales Management at the Market to ensure the validity of the records.
* Assisting Sales Management at the Market in ensuring that the Trade Customers generally conform to the respective Nestle Market Credit and Control Guidelines.
* Maintaining cordial and mutually beneficial relations, in behalf of the Nestle Market with Trade Customers.
* Implementing Nestle’s thrust of “one-face approach” in dealing with Trade Customers.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
* At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounts receivable.
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not required.
* Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan on shifting schedule as may be required.
* FRESH GRADUATES with above average grades are welcome to apply.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
