RESEARCHER SUPPORT SENIOR ADVISOR
(Central Visayas)
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting new researchers
• Communicate with professional researchers via email and telephone to solve any issues and queries they might have.
• Assisting in managing the researcher support team.
• Work with the customer support team to get research projects back on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidates have to posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral, British or American accent.
• Excellent managerial skills
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting of schedules, working on weekends, and rendering overtime.
• Call centre experience preferred.
• Must possess superior listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively.
