The Successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of 3rd party business services and applications such as CommerceOne, SAP internal systems, Contractual, SIMdesk, AXsOne. The candidate will also handle the maintenance and administration of hosted systems at ePLDT Vitro which includes security, resourse and performance monitoring of OS; optimization and maintenance activities of applications and servers; back up and disaster recovery maintenance, deployment and implementation of applicetion of application systems.
College graduate of any Information Technology or Computer related courses
Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in a similar position preferably gained from BPO, Call Center or Telecommunications companies.
Must have backgrounds in Client - server applications (Java Enterprise, .Net, PHP, SAP) and Relational DB systems (SQL, Oracle 9i)
Must have background in NT, Windows and MS office applications
Knowledgeable in networking (wired/wireless), router and switch management, server administration (OS and hardware), high performance computing, telephony (PABX programming, VOIP, teleconferencing, analog/digital programming), systems and PC engineering (migration, administration & maintenance), security and access systems, security implementation and security threat prevention and hardware installation and structured cabling
CISCO CCNA and other related certifications would be an advantage
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have strong people management skills
