911 Alarm Inc, the Philippines leading provider of 24 hour Alarm Monitoring Systems is in need of alarm dispatchers for its 24 hour central station and call center.

Female College Graduates preferred.

Must be a self starter, hardworking, and have confidence in his/her abilities

Must be able to think and act quickly while following company procedures.

Must be able to speak clearly and firmly with commanding authority.

Must be able to work under extreme pressure without cracking

Must be comfortable working on a computer terminal.

Must be able to work night shifts as well as day shifts

Working hours are 12 hour shifts 4 days a week.

Job Functions entails the following:

* Handle security and life safety alarm signals and dispatch and coordinate alarm responding agencies and personnel.
* Supervise customer alarm system signals and schedule service & maintenance
* Update and maintain customer alarm database.
* Coordinate and schedule customer field service

Training will be provided  to qualified accepted applicants

Must have complete police and NBI clearance and in excellent health

Successful applicants will be subject to comprehensive background check and investigation by 911 Alarm appointed agency.

Office location is in Makati

Salary is commensurate with experience and past record

Salary includes basic salary plus overtime and bonuses based on company performance.
