Responsibilities:
The role involves working to project deadlines and pilot installations of POS softwares.
Responsible for providing first-line of technical support, hardware systems, sub-systems or applications for customers.
Involve in customer “walk-through initiative” and provides basic tutorial and technical documentations related to configuration of project objectives.
Answers questions related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of restaurant and retail software and hardware products.
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
Recreate customer problems in lab and identify software configuration improvements
Document POS support cases and configuration defects in appropriate tracking system.
Work independently using good judgment, tact and discretion.

Requirements:
College Level, Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science or Information Technology or any related
Intermediate understanding of computer operations including software and hardware installation
Familiar with LAN, DSL, TCIP/IP and Remote Desktop Configuration
Prior experience in POS software is desirable but not required
Enjoys helping others to solve computer problems (phone and email)
Proficient in PC Hardware Troubleshooting and or similar hardware
Must be able to explain technical items to a variety of people and backgrounds
Fluent in English and must have excellent phone, communication and customer service skills
Exceptional problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to work on a GY shift.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Philippines.
Applicants should be Filipino, other citizen or hold relevant residence status.
US customer Call Center experience is an added advantage
